Refunds & Cancellations

As we maintain strict quality standards and limited collections, all purchases are considered final.

Once payment has been successfully processed and the order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

We do not accept returns under any circumstances.

Size Exchange Policy

Your comfort and confidence matter to us. If you experience a size or fitting concern, we offer a size exchange within 3 days of delivery.

To be eligible for exchange:

• The request must be initiated within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  
• The product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging.
  
• A nominal exchange shipping charge of ₹100 will be applicable.
  

Requests made beyond the 3-day period will not be accommodated.

Every Arzuti piece is thoughtfully photographed to reflect its true beauty and intricate detailing.

However, subtle variations in colour, tone, texture, or finish may occur due to studio lighting, screen resolutions, device settings, and natural reflections of the material.

These delicate differences are not imperfections, but a reflection of each piece’s unique character and craftsmanship.
